DOUBLE YOUR FUN HALLOWEEN CHALLENGE

 HELLO EVERYONE!

I was worried that you all had given up on me!!!  I was so glad to see all of the responses in the comments! Very happy indeed!!!! After I post today, I am going to address each comment and come and see your spooky, gothic artwork that you created! After I comment and see your artwork, I will announce the winners in the next challenge!

I had three weeks of the vilest, most evil bronchitis that ever hit the planet! I was close to having pneumonia! I spent half of that time in the ER with breathing treatments and hooked up to an IV!! It gets worse...where I coughed so much, the retina in my left eye hemorrhaged and my retina is trying to detach! I have to see a Otologist this week ASAP to make sure that the retina stays intact! On top of that I got a bladder infection which I am still fighting but I do feel better and made my way back to my laptop yesterday and wanted to post a new challenge today! And this happens in October, of all months, my favorite time of the year for spooky challenges and Halloween fun and I was too sick to even think about trying to post any challenges. So once again, my dear, spooky friends, I have to apologize for the last three weeks that I left all of you wondering what in the world happened to the Queen of Creep? Hopefully now I can get back on track and once again, we can enjoy the themes and creating spooky art together again!

I made this a Double Theme Challenge because I missed so much of October and wanted to get some Halloween art challenges in before the month was over!

The first Theme is Your Favorite Scary Movie. Every year, from the first day of October until the 31st, while getting into the Halloween Spirit, I watch all of my favorite scary movies! What i want you to do is think of your favorite scary movie and create your art piece around the story of that movie. Don't put the name of the movie on your artwork so that when we comment on your artwork, we have to try and guess the name of the movie you chose! If you can guess the movie, then leave the title of the movie in the comments!

The second Theme is What was your favorite Halloween Costume as a child! Every year my mother would take a old white bedsheet and try to dye it black and sew my witches' dress and hat! The black dye never worked, as it always came out a very dark gray color but that was alright with me! The dark gray dress still looked spooky and vey bewitching!  I always went as a witch because I grew up in a very small town, so no costume party stores near where I lived nor any places with materials to make a elaborate Halloween costume. Going as a witch just seemed easier at the time. I will never forget my last Trick or Treat! I was 14 years old and my cousin, was 13, and we dressed up in our gray witch's attire and had our last Treat! We had so much fun that night! So now it is your turn to create art piece that shows your favorite costume and your warm memories of the Halloween of your childhood! Post both art pieces in your post and have yourself some Halloween fun this week! I cannot wait to see what you will create!

Here are my "Double Your Halloween Fun" art pieces! Can you guess the title of my scary movie?
